The San Diego jury found that Apple violated three patents about iPhone start-up and battery life, after which Qualcomm has a big victory to celebrate.
As per the latest technology news, the iPhone maker has been ordered to pay USD 1.41 per iPhone with a patent breach, which amounts a total of about USD 31 million.

In response to the patent dispute, Apple has filed a lawsuit against Qualcomm for USD 1 billion, alleging that Chipmaker is charging for intellectual property on which it has no right.
