WPL 2025: BCCI has released the schedule of the Women's Premier League (WPL) 2025. The first match will be played on February 14 between Gujarat Giants and defending champions Royal Challengers Bangalore. The final match of the tournament will be played on March 15. This time WPL 2025 will be organized in four cities.
WPL 2025 Will start on February 14
The tournament will start on February 14 at the newly built BCA Stadium in Baroda, where Gujarat Giants (GG) will face last year's champions Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB). A total of six matches will be played in Baroda. After that matches will be played in Bengaluru, where RCB will play its first home match on February 21 at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium against Mumbai Indians (MI), champions of the first WPL edition.

A total of 22 matches will be played in the tournament
A total of five teams are involved in this tournament. All teams will play 2-2 matches against each other. In this way, a team will play a total of eight matches. A total of 22 matches will be played in the tournament. 20 matches of the league stage will be played from February 14 to March 11. Interestingly, this time there will be no doubleheader on any day, that is, two matches will not be played on the same day.
The first match will be played between Gujarat and RCB

The final will be held in Mumbai
The final match of this tournament will be played on March 15 at the Brabourne Stadium in Mumbai. Defending champions RCB's first home match will be on February 21 at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium, where they will face former champions Mumbai Indians, BCCI said in a statement.
Four matches will be played in Lucknow
Lucknow, hosting the league for the first time, will host four matches of the home team UP Warriors from March 3. "The final leg of the tournament will be held in Mumbai, with the prestigious Cricket Club of India (CCI) hosting the last two league matches and two play-off matches - the eliminator (March 13) and the final," the release said.
One match will be played every day
The team that tops the table will directly enter the final, while the second and third-placed teams will clash in the eliminator and contest the final. Continuing the format of the last season, there will be only one match every day.
