This set off a hornet's nest on the popular social networking site as people circulated the following quote by Maulana Shahabuddin Razvi, the President of ‘All India Muslim Jamaat', in protest of Nushrat's visit to the Hindu Temple.

Maulana Shahabuddin Razvi said from Bareilly in the state of Uttar Pradesh that praying by a Muslim woman in a Hindu Temple goes against Islamic teachings. In Islam, it is haram. Nushrat Bharucha has to seek pardon and recite the Kalma. Nushrut Bharucha is 'a sinner under Sharia law'.

Why People Got Angry on Nushrat Bharucha’s Visit?

The effect that has arisen amongst the general public because of the same issue has not been merely negative, in the form of complaint and opposition, but has been found to be noticeably polarized.
