Umran Malik is an Indian right-arm fast bowler who plays for Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH). He first came into the limelight during the previous season when he replaced T Natrajan due to covid. On his debut, he impressed everyone with his consistent speed.
Malik made a record for the fastest delivery of the IPL in the same season by delivering 153 kph.

Early Life of Umran Malik
Umran Malik was born on 22 November 1999 in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir. His father’s name is Abdul Rashid and he was a fruit seller in Shaheedi Chowk. Along with him, he has two elder sisters who were always supportive.
Malik liked cricket since childhood but hadn’t played with a cricket ball until he was 17. But after one year of practice, he got selected in a Jammu & Kashmir Under-19 squad. On the bases of his bowling speed, he made his List A debut on 27 February 2021.
After a short duration, Umran Malik got picked by Sunrisers Hyderabad on April 2021 as a net bowler.
