Design
- The renders shared by tipster ACE_10ace show that the Vivo X300 Pro will retain the centrally placed circular camera module, which has become the hallmark of this series.
- The rear panel design looks largely unchanged from the X200 Pro. ZEISS optics will once again play their role, including a T* lens coating to reduce glare and enhance clarity.
Performance
- The Vivo X300 Pro is expected to feature MediaTek's yet-to-be-announced Dimensity 9500 chip.
- This new processor will feature ARM's Cortex-X930 Prime core that runs at 3.23GHz, as well as an upgraded Immortalis-Drage GPU for better gaming and graphics performance.
- The 6.8-inch flat display reportedly offers 1.5K resolution (1,260 x 2,800 pixels), and the chipset is designed to strike a balance between performance and energy efficiency.

Battery
- Battery life could be one of the most striking features of the X300 Pro. With a 7,000mAh battery, this upcoming model is way ahead of the 6,000mAh battery of the X200 Pro and the 5,400mAh battery of the X100 Pro.
- Although charging speeds are not confirmed, Vivo is expected to increase the existing 90W wired and 30W wireless charging speeds to suit the larger capacity.
