UP Home Guard Recruitment 2025: 4400 Vacancies Announced, Apply Soon

The Yogi Adityanath government in Uttar Pradesh has taken a big decision for the youth. The way has been cleared for recruitment to 4400 Home Guard posts in the state. For this, the government has decided to form a separate Home Guard Recruitment Board. This step will not only strengthen the security system but is also a direct answer to the employment related questions being raised by the opposition.

UP Home Guard Recruitment 2025 Announced

The new recruitment board will be formed on the lines of Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board. Its objective is to make the recruitment process fast, transparent and completely fair. Also, a new recruitment manual is also being prepared, so that there is no scope for any kind of disturbance or rigging.

UP Home Guard Vacancy 2025 – Post-Wise Details

At present, thousands of posts are vacant in the Home Guard department. The major posts are as follows

Home Guard Volunteer: 43,327 posts

Platoon Commander: 2,314 posts

Company Commander: 783 posts

Assistant Company Commander: 770 posts

Ministerial Staff: 109 posts

Recruitment on all these posts will not only strengthen the law and order of the state but will also provide additional support to the police force.
