Tom Starker along with Rafe McMillan took the score to 164 runs. Starker was out after scoring three runs. He was caught by Ali Raza at the hands of wicketkeeper Saad Baig. Ali Raza bowled Mahil Beardman for zero in the 46th over itself. McMillan and Callum Vidler made an unbeaten partnership of 17 runs and led the team to victory. McMillan remained unbeaten on 19 off 29 balls and Vidler remained unbeaten on 2 runs off 9 balls.
