The Vivo X300 FE is no longer just a rumor. The upcoming compact flagship has now appeared on Geekbench, and if the listing is accurate, Vivo is about to shake up the premium compact phone market in a big way.

After launching the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro globally in December 2025, Vivo seems ready to complete the lineup with its Fan Edition model. And honestly? This one looks seriously powerful.

Vivo X300 FE Geekbench Details

The Vivo X300 FE, carrying model number V2537, has been spotted on Geekbench 6.5. The listing reveals:

  • Qualcomm chipset with six cores clocked at 3.32GHz

  • To performance cores running at 3.80GHz

  • Adreno 829 GPU

  • 12GB RAM

  • Android 16

All signs clearly point to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset under the hood.

In Geekbench scores, the device recorded:

  • Single-core: 2701

  • Multi-core: 8180

These numbers firmly place the Vivo X300 FE in flagship territory. And here’s the twist, last year’s X200 FE used a MediaTek Dimensity 9300 Plus chip. This shift to Qualcomm is a bold move. In my opinion, it’s also a smart one. Snapdragon still carries more global trust among power users.

Vivo X300 FE Certifications

The Vivo X300 FE has already secured several certifications:

  • India’s BIS

  • Singapore’s IMDA

  • Bluetooth SIG

  • TUV Rheinland

The IMDA listing confirms NFC support along with standard connectivity features like 5G, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth.

The TUV certification is even more exciting. It confirms 90W wired fast charging support. That’s flagship-level charging speed.

When a phone clears this many certifications, launch isn’t far behind. A March debut now looks highly likely, especially for India.

Vivo X300 FE Expected Specs

Multiple reports suggest the Vivo X300 FE could be a global rebrand of the China-exclusive Vivo S50 Pro Mini, which launched in December 2025.

If that’s true, here’s what we can expect:

  • 6.31-inch LTPO AMOLED display

  • 1.5K resolution

  • 120Hz refresh rate

  • Up to 5,000 nits peak brightness

  • 50MP front camera

  • 50MP OIS main + 8MP ultra-wide + 50MP 3x periscope camera

  • 6,500mAh battery

  • 90W wired + 40W wireless charging

  • LPDDR5x RAM

  • UFS 4.1 storage

  • 3D ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor

  • IP68/69 rating

If these specs carry over unchanged, the Vivo X300 FE won’t just be another FE model, it could be the most complete compact flagship in its class.

Vivo X300 FE Launch Outlook

Let’s be honest, the smartphone market has been flooded with oversized devices. Compact phones almost disappeared. But that trend is slowly reversing.

With brands like OPPO pushing smaller premium devices and now Vivo doubling down, the Vivo X300 FE could become the sweet spot between power and practicality.

A 6.31-inch display paired with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 and a 6,500mAh battery? That’s rare. Most compact phones compromise on battery or performance. This one doesn’t seem to.

If Vivo prices it aggressively, especially in India, this phone could easily become one of 2026’s breakout hits.

Final Thoughts on Vivo X300 FE

Nothing is officially confirmed yet, but the evidence is stacking up fast. Geekbench listing? Check. BIS? Check. IMDA and TUV? Check.

The Vivo X300 FE looks ready.

If Vivo manages to deliver all these specs without inflating the price, this could be the compact flagship many users have been waiting for. Personally, I think this is the most exciting Vivo launch in months.

March can’t come soon enough.
