In a surprising turn of events in the WWE section, Stephanie McMahon resigned from her position as a chairwoman and Co-CEO of WWE.
It was back in July 2020 when Stephanie McMahon stepped into the position of Chairwoman and Co-CEO after her father Vince McMahon’s retirement.
Now Nick Khan is the sole CEO of WWE.
But a recent change in the WWE, in which Vince McMahon’s father returned to WWE’s Board of Directors as the Executive Chairman to facilitate a sale of the company.

The Reason Behind Stephanie McMahon’s Resignation
Stephanie McMahon take charge of the company in July when her father Vince McMahon faced an allegation of sexual assault charge.
He paid approximately $19.6 million on Non-Disclosure Agreement payments.
Another reason as per the reports that WWE will now be sold to Saudi Arabia Public Investment Fund.
