SSC CHSL 2025 Notification Released for 3131 Posts – Apply Now at ssc.gov.in

Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the notification of SSC CHSL Recruitment 2025 on 23 June 2025. Through this recruitment, a total of 3131 vacancies have been released for posts like Lower Division Clerk (LDC), Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA), Data Entry Operator (DEO) and DEO Grade-A. SSC CHSL Recruitment 2025 Notification Released

The application process for SSC CHSL 2025 recruitment has started from 23 June 2025. The last date for submission of application is 18 July 2025. Online application fee can be paid till 19 July.

Apart from this, the commission has also provided an application correction window from 23 July to 24 July 2025 to make corrections in the application. Tier-1 exam will be conducted between 8 to 18 September 2025. Tier-2 exam is likely to be held in February or March 2026.

SSC CHSL 2025 Eligibility Criteria

• The minimum qualification for all posts is 12th pass.
• For DEO Grade-A post, candidates should have passed 12th from Science stream (including Mathematics).
• Candidates should have obtained this qualification by 1 January 2026.

Age Limit and Age Relaxation

For this recruitment, the age of the candidates should be between 18 to 27 years. Age will be calculated on the basis of 1 January 2026. That is, the candidate should not be born before 2 January 1999 and after 1 January 2008. As per government rules, OBC category has been given relaxation in the maximum age limit of 3 years and SC/ST category has been given relaxation of 5 years.

SSC CHSL 2025 Selection Process

SSC CHSL recruitment will be completed in two stages. Tier 1 – Computer-Based Test (CBT) Subjects: English Language, General Intelligence, Quantitative Aptitude and General Awareness Exam Time: 60 minutes Negative Marking: 0.50 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer. Tier 2 – Descriptive/Skill TestIt will have two sessions Session-1: Descriptive or Objective Questions Session-2: Typing Test/Skill Test (as per post)
