The SSC 2025 Staff Selection Commission has made an important update that may help those preparing for the Delhi Police Recruitment Exam in 2025. They have activated the Self-Slot Selection Window for All Posts in which candidates can select their own exam date and location.

However, there are specific conditions and deadlines that must be followed to receive their Admit Card; if candidates fail to meet the deadline, they will not receive their Admit Card.

SSC 2025: Why is Self-Slot Selection Mandatory?

SSC 2025

This year, SSC has improved the exam process. One of the improvements is that candidates will be able to use a Self-Slot Selection System to choose the exam city and date that works best for them.

However, an important rule is: If a candidate does not select a slot within the specified time frame, then they will not receive an admit card. Therefore, the ability to take the exam is completely contingent on selecting the slot.

SSC: Important Additional Updates

SSC 2025

Candidates who are under pressure may often select their slots quickly, resulting in problems later when it comes time to compete in a particular city or on a designated date. The SSC has already indicated that once a candidate has selected a slot, he/she cannot change the selection, and so it is imperative that candidates carefully select the correct city/date, taking into account their mode of travel and distance to the examination, as well as the weather, and their exam preparation.

Candidates may wish to choose a slot with a sufficient gap between theory and skills paper if they are going to take both exams consecutively, so that they can be less stressed when preparing.

Candidates who live in regions where they have difficulties with mobile phone reception or internet connectivity should not wait until the last day before they select their slot, since it is better to select their slot as soon as possible.

Choose your slot immediately, don't miss this opportunity!

Candidatesfor the Delhi Police Examination 2025 must select a slot for their examinations. Candidates must select their examination slot on the SSC portal as soon as possible to avoid any unnecessary delays in receiving their admit card and exam results.

This self-slot selection is the only way candidates can schedule their exams, and any failure to complete this step could hinder their ability to sit for the exam.
