Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra can be launched with quad rear camera and Galaxy S25 and S25 Plus can be launched with triple rear camera setup. This processor has come in smartphones like OnePlus 13, Xiaomi 15, IQ 13 and Realme GT 7 Pro. At the same time, Exynos 2500 processor is expected to be available in Galaxy S25 and S25+ models. All three models of the Galaxy S25 series can be offered with 12GB and 16GB RAM options. The base variant of the smallest model may start with 128GB of storage, while the top variant of the Ultra model may come with 1TB of storage.
