She even said that “I have mixed feelings saying the upcoming tour of India will be my last series for Australia. My passion for playing for Australia remains intact, but the competitive spirit that has driven me since the beginning has diminished somewhat, so I feel now is the right time to retire," he said in a statement on Tuesday. I will miss my teammates, singing the team song and opening the batting for Australia.”

Final Matches and Retirement Series    

The farewell series against India will span all formats three T20 Internationals, three ODIs, and a stand-alone Test match in Perth from 6 to 9 March 2026. Although she will miss the early T20 fixtures to allow Australia to prepare for the 2026 Women’s T20 World Cup, she will return for the ODIs and the Test to sign off in style on home soil.
