Realme is set to launch the Realme GT Neo 5 at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2023, with the device reportedly featuring a MediaTek Dimensity 1200 processor, 6.43-inch display at 120Hz refresh rate, 64MP triple-camera setup, and a 4,500mAh battery with either the 240W or 150W fast-charging support.
The two rumoured variants of the Realme GT Neo 5 have recently surfaced on the TENAA database, indicating their respective designs and specifications.
Realme has verified that the GT Neo 5 will be presented at MWC 2023, slated to occur from February 27 to March 2, but its design and specs remain unrevealed. One thing that is known is that the phone will support speedy charging of up to 240W.

It has been reported that the Realme GT Neo 5 will be offered in two versions: RMX3708, which will feature 240W fast charging, and RMX3706 which will be equipped with 150W fast charging. The design of the phone was recently revealed through TENAA listings, and now its specifications have been revealed.

Both Realme GT Neo 5 models are reported to have the same features, save for the battery capacity. The RMX3708 model is suggested to be fueled by a 4,600mAh battery, while the RMX3706 variant is said to house a 5,000mAh battery.
Apart from this, the phone is anticipated to be fitted with a 6.74-inch AMOLED display, with a resolution of 1,240×2,772 pixels. Additionally, the phone could be powered by an octa-core 3.0GHz chipset, which is possibly a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC.
In terms of optics, the device is expected to be equipped with a triple camera setup at the rear, consisting of a 50-megapixel main sensor, an 8-megapixel sensor, and a 2-megapixel sensor. It is also thought to feature a 16-megapixel front camera.

The Realme GT Neo 5 is expected to have dimensions of 163.85×75.75×8.9mm and weigh 199g. It is expected to provide RAM options of 8GB, 12GB, and 16GB and storage options of 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB. Additionally, an under-display fingerprint sensor is said to be present for security purposes.
