Realme 16 Pro Series to Launch in India: Here Everything You need to Know

Realme has announced that it will launch the Realme 16 Pro series in India on January 6, 2026. The upcoming smartphones will expand the company's number series lineup. According to the company, this new series is for users who prioritise portrait photography and ease of everyday use.

The Chinese smartphone maker has announced that it will launch its new Realme 16 Pro series in India at 12 PM local time on January 6, 2026. Additionally, the tech company confirmed that the Realme 16 Pro+ 5G and Realme 16 Pro 5G will feature LumaColor image-powered 200-megapixel Portrait Master primary rear cameras. Following the launch, both handsets will be available for purchase in the country via Flipkart and the Realme India online store.

Realme 16 Pro Series teased 

The Realme 16 Pro lineup will feature a triple camera unit on the back, accompanied by an LED flash, housed within a redesigned square-shaped design element. Additionally, the Realme branding will be on the right side of the back panel. On the right side of the handset frame, there will be a power button and volume controls.

Realme 16 Pro specifications: 

As mentioned earlier, the Realme 16 Pro+ 5G will feature an unspecified Snapdragon chipset, which is claimed to deliver better performance than Qualcomm's Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor. The company has also confirmed that the handset's periscope telephoto camera will support up to 10x zoom. Both phones will also support AI Edit Genie 2.0, which includes image editing tools such as AI Style Me and AI Light Me.

Camera: 

The 200 MP is powered by Luma Colour technology, which is the real and beautiful specification of this phone. It is designed to make portraits, sharpening details, smoother skin tone and natural capture with a beautifully blurred background that makes the picture more outstanding.
