A great loss for the music industry, the iconic Nadeem-Shravan fame came to end on Thursday night when the music composer Shravan Rathod dies of Covid-19. His son, Sanjeev Rathod confirmed this sad news on Thursday night. He was battling with covid-19 and was admitted a few days ago in critical condition to SL Raheja Hospital of Mumbai. Shravan was on a ventilator and already had complicated heart conditions, he was also diabetic.

Salim Merchant in an emotional post on Twitter gave the information about the death of Shravan Rathod expressing the pain covid-19 has given to many.

His companion and friend, Nadeem has expressed condolences upon his death and said,” It has left such a vacuum.” Both were sharing the stage and had given the biggest hits of the 90s in several blockbuster movies of that time. However, both were together not for a longer time and separated in the 2000s after which everyone missed the duo. They reunited for David Dhawan’s movie after 9 years.
Shravan’s close friends and colleagues from the music and film industry have also mourned the loss remembering his great contribution to the industry.
