LUMO is OPPO's self-developed imaging platform that integrates optics, color science, sensor control, and computational processing. The LUMO system focuses on four key aspects of image quality: accurate skin tone and color reproduction, smooth tone transitions, natural depth and proper separation from the background, and a true bokeh effect without artificial blurring.

This new LUMO system in the OPPO Find X9 series will be based on the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset. Its Imagiq NPU and ISP can process the camera's color, depth, and motion in real time. The Pro model features a 200MP periscope telephoto sensor, while the standard model has a 50MP telephoto sensor. For selfies and video calling, the Find X9 has a 32MP front camera, while the Pro has a 50MP front camera. The OPPO Find X9 Pro has a 7,500mAh battery, while the base model has a 7,025mAh battery. These phones come with IP66 + IP68 + IP69 water resistance ratings.
