OnePlus 15R Launch in India Today: Expected Price, Specs, Camera & Variants

OnePlus is launching its new handset in India today, which will be called the OnePlus 15R. A few days ago, the company launched the OnePlus 15 in India, and now another more affordable handset from the same series is being launched. The company has already officially revealed several features of the handset, and the price will be announced today.

The OnePlus 15R will feature a 32MP selfie camera, and this is the first time the company is using a 32MP camera in its R series. The company has not yet revealed the price, but several media reports have leaked the estimated price based on information from tipsters.

The 15R is expected to launch in Charcoal Black and Minty Green colors.

• Processor: OnePlus has officially shared several details about the upcoming 15R smartphone. This phone may launch with Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor. This means that the OnePlus 15R will be the first smartphone to launch in the global market with this Qualcomm chipset.
• Display: The 15R smartphone will have a 6.83-inch AMOLED display with a 165Hz refresh rate. It will have a Full HD+ resolution. This is the same display found in the company's flagship OnePlus 15.

• Battery and Charging: The company has confirmed that the 15R smartphone will have a 7400 mAh battery. According to reports, this OnePlus phone will launch with 80W fast charging support. However, OnePlus has not yet confirmed anything about the charging capacity.
• Camera Setup: The upcoming OnePlus phone will have a 50MP triple rear camera setup. The phone's primary camera will have optical image stabilization support, along with an 8-megapixel wide-angle lens. Regarding the front camera, it is expected to feature a 32MP selfie camera.

OnePlus 15R Price

According to a tech blogger, information about the  15R's variants, price, and features has surfaced. According to him, the OnePlus 15R will come in two variants: 12GB RAM + 256GB storage and 12GB RAM + 512GB storage. The top variant of the phone is expected to be priced at around ₹52,000, while the 256GB model could be priced between ₹47,000 and ₹49,000.

Several reports also claim that the company might offer a discount of ₹3,000 to ₹4,000 on the OnePlus 15R when purchased using a credit card. The OnePlus 15R is an upgraded version of the 13R, which was launched last year at a price of ₹42,999.
