MCC has published the provisional allotment result for NEET UG Counselling 2025 Special Stray Vacancies. If you have participated in this round, you will be able to view and download the allotment document via the mcc.nic.in website.

The special stray vacancy round is completed after the conclusion of regular counselling, with the aim of allocating unallocated undergraduate medical seats to students. Paul and I will run two special stray vacancy rounds in an attempt to ensure that no MBBS seats at any medical institution are left unallocated. Importance of Special Stray Vacancy Rounds are:

  1. The last opportunity for students to obtain MBBS placement.
  2. Allocation will strictly follow the merit ranking order.
  3. Students will not be allowed to fill in preferences after they have received their MBBS placement.
  4. The grievance period will be limited for any requests by members during this short period between the two rounds.

If you made it onto the allotment document, you are at the final stages of commencing life as a member of the medical profession.

Vacancy Round Allotment Results

How To Get Allotment Letter?

To obtain the allotment letter for the NEET UG Counselling Process, follow these guidelines:

Steps to Download Allotment Result:

  • Step 1: Go to the MCC official website, www.mcc.nic.in
  • Step 2: Click on the link for the Special Stray Vacancy Round Allotment Letter.
  • Step 3: Your allotment letter PDF will appear on your screen.
  • Step 4: Download and save the PDF for your records.

Once you receive your allotment letter, be sure to check your Roll Number, Allotted College Name and Course Name are correct.

What If There is a Discrepancy?

If There is a Difference in the Allotment like Wrong Location or No Statement of Purpose/ Instant Admission, then do The same day or day after notification, 

  • contact MCC through this email: [email protected]
  • clearly tell them your roll number, what you feel is wrong with your Allotment. 
  • Do not wait, you must communicate this information to MCC before noon on 12/23/2025, 
  • no changes after this will be accepted.

Reporting Schedule After Allotment

When the Final Allotment has been published, it is important for all candidates receiving an allotment, to go and physically report to the respective colleges assigned to them in the Allotment. Find out the following Step-by-Step Process:

Reporting Timeline:

  • Reporting dates is  December 24 to December 31, 2025
  • Physical Reporting on the respective Medical College assigned through the Allotment
  • Document Verification and Completion of Admission Requirements incurred; if not reported within the times stated above you may lose the allotment of the College you were assigned to.

Documents Required

At the Reporting College, candidates must present original documents and submit photocopies of these documents:

  • Final Examination Admit Card issued by the National Board of Examiners,
  • Final Examination Score Card issued by the National Board of Examiners,
  • Provisional Allotment Letter,
  • Class 10 and Class 12 Mark Sheets,
  • Photo Identification Proof,
  • Caste Certificate (if applicable),
  • Passport Size Photos.

Colleges might require other documents, so please check with your college before attending the reporting date.

If you do not receive a seat from this round or want to pursue another opportunity, the Medical Council has already published the next schedule.

  1.  Round 2 Registration: 1 January 2026
  2. Round 2 Allotment Result: 3 January 2026
