Motorola, one of the big smartphone companies, introduced the Motorola Edge 50 Neo in Europe last month. This smartphone will be launched in India next week. The company has previously given information about the design and some features of this smartphone. Motorola Edge 50 and Edge 50 Pro of this series are already available in the country.
The Edge 50 Neo will be launched on September 16. It will be sold through e-commerce site Flipkart. A teaser of an hour-long flash sale has also been given on the microsite for this smartphone on Flipkart. It will be available in Grisel, Latte, Nautical Blue and Poinciana colors and vegan leather finish. It will run on Hello UI based on Android 14. The company has informed about getting five years of OS upgrade and five years of security upgrade with it. It will be given artificial intelligence (AI) features like AI Style Sync, AI Magic Canvas.
When will Motorola Edge 50 Neo be launched
The dedicated landing page of Motorola Edge 50 Neo has gone live on online shopping website Flipkart. The company has given official information with the page and confirmed that the phone will be launched on September 16. Motorola’s upcoming phone will be military grade certified.
The company has teased this phone in two color options Red and Blue. The phone will be brought in four color options. Even before the launch, the company has shared information about the specs of this phone.
Confirmed specs of Motorola Edge 50 Neo
- Display: The Motorola Edge 50 Neo smartphone will come with a 6.4-inch wide Super HD LTPO display. It will have a 120Hz refresh rate, 3,000 nits peak brightness, 100 percent DCI P3 color gamut and 10-bit colors. The screen of the mobile will be kept flat as well as it will have a punch hole cutout with minimal bezels.
- Chipset: For performance, the phone will have MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset. With the help of which customers will get a smooth experience.
- Storage and RAM: Motorola Edge 50 Neo will get up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage for speed from the brand.
- Camera: Talking about camera features, the Motorola Edge 50 Neo smartphone will have a 50MP ultra pixel camera with Sony LYTIA 700C sensor. It will also have a 10MP telephoto camera. Not only this, the phone will have features like AI Magic Eraser, AI Photo Unblur and AI Magic Editor. At the same time, a 32MP camera with 4K recording capability will be available on the front of the device.
- Battery: Motorola Edge 50 Neo mobile will have a 4310mAh battery. It will get support for 15W wireless charging and 68W TurboPower fast charging to charge it.
- Other: Features like AI Style Sync and AI Magic Canvas in the phone will help in creating wallpapers and images. It will be equipped with dual SIM 5G, WiFi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, Water and many other features. Operating System: Edge 50 Neo Mobile will be based on Android 14. With this, 5 years of security updates and 5 OS upgrades will also be available.
