So the chief minister of Madhya Pradesh, that is Mr. Mohan Yadav, recently announced a financial package wherein a total amount of Rs.2599 crores has been invested for the farmers.

This step of the chief minister, who is Mr. Mohan Yadav, spotted a landmark for going towards the improvement of the rural livelihoods, which will boost the productivity of agriculturing. The gift provided by the chief minister of Madhya Pradesh, who is Mr. Mohan Yadav, consists of two hugely major irrigation projects of Burhanpur. These irrigation projects include the Jhirmiti irrigation project and Navatha irrigation project. These irrigation projects have benefitted a total of 132 villages for the irrigation facility of those villages. Through the irrigation project of Jhirmiti, approximately 11,800 farmers will get benefited and through the irrigation project of Navatha, approximately 22,600 farmers will get benefited. 

What does the Rs.2599 Crores Package Include?

The chief minister of Madhya Pradesh, who is Mr. Mohan Yadav, who provided the gift of financial package for the farmers focusing on various advantages that includes several beneficiaries such as direct financial assistance to farmers to support crop cultivation, compensation and support for losses due to natural calamities, incentives for sustainable farming practices and support for small town farmers and marginal farmers as well who are vulnerably impoverished and by ensuring that the funds provided are channelizing efficiently as the government aims to reduce dependency on loans and the indebtedness of farmers.
