About Mardani Franchises

Mardaani, which has won praise and affection for more than a decade, is reportedly the largest single female-led series in Hindi cinema. In the third installment of the popular series, which is rumored to be India's only female police franchise, Rani Mukerji will once again play Shivani Shivaji Roy, a fearless police officer who bravely pursues justice.

Mardaani 2 examined the terrifying thoughts of a schizophrenic serial rapist who dared to question the system, while Mardaani addressed the awful realities of human trafficking. Mardaani 3 is carrying on the franchise's tradition of compelling, issue-based storytelling by exploring the dark, harsh truth of our society.
