Jawa Motorcycles has launched its new bike Jawa 42 in the Indian market. This bike has been brought in a total of 14 color options with six new colors. Which includes - Vega White, Voyager Red, Asteroid Grey, Odyssey Black, Nebula Blue and Celestial Copper Matte. Its price has been kept at Rs 1.73 lakh (ex-showroom). Many types of mechanical and cosmetic changes have been made in this new bike.

Bike Features
Jawa 42 has a round headlight. Its classic style attracts you. The bike has the option of 17 and 18 inch alloy and spoke wheel. For braking, disc brakes are available on both wheels, which also have dual channel ABS. Assist and slip clutch are available in this bike. This bike has a digital instrument cluster, which comes with Bluetooth connectivity. It also has a USB charger.
Engine and power
The Jawa 42 bike has a single cylinder liquid cooled engine of 250 cc capacity. This engine provides 27.32 PS power and 26.84 Newton meter torque. It has a six speed gearbox. According to the company, it has been tuned better than before, which makes it easier to run it in second, third and fourth gear. The bike also has a twin exhaust system.

Changes have also been made in the design of the twin exhaust pipes of the Jawa 42. The suspension has been retuned, while the ground clearance has also been increased. Dual channel ABS, alloy wheels and matte paint finish are available in expensive variants.
Price
Jawa has launched its bike at an ex-showroom price of Rs 1.73 lakh. In which the option of spoke wheels is given. But if a customer wants to buy a bike with alloy wheels, then he will have to pay an ex-showroom price of Rs 1.89 lakh. And the price of the top variant of this bike is Rs 1.98 lakh ex-showroom.
