Jawa 42 bike launched in India, Price Starts At Rs 1.73 lakh

The Jawa 42 has been updated for 2024, priced between Rs 1.73 lakh and Rs 1.98 lakh (both, ex-showroom, Delhi). It has been given engine changes, slight styling changes and a new seat. The starting price is Rs 16,000 cheaper than before.

The engine has been upgraded in the new Jawa. The Jawa 42 is available in 14 color options, including both matte and gloss options. These include six new colors - Vega White, Voyager Red, Asteroid Gray, Odyssey Black, Nebula Blue and Celestial Copper Matte.

2024 Jawa 42 launched

JawaMotorcycles has launched the 2024 Jawa 42 as a new bike in the Indian market. The bike has been brought in a total of 14 color options with six new colors. Which includes Vega White, Voyager Red, Asteroid Gray, Odyssey Black, Nebula Blue and Celestial Copper Matte.

Features

The company has given the option of 17 and 18 inch alloy and spoke wheels in the 2024 Jawa 42. Along with this, it has round headlight, disc brakes on both wheels, better ground clearance than before, dual channel ABS, assist and slip clutch, digital instrument cluster, Bluetooth connectivity as well as USB charger as an option.

Engine

The company has given a single cylinder liquid cooled engine of 250 cc capacity in the new bike. With which a six speed gearbox is available. This engine gives the bike a power of 27.32 PS and a torque of 26.84 Newton meters. The bike also has a twin exhaust system. According to the company, it has been tuned better than before, making it easier to drive in second, third and fourth gears.

Price

Jawa has launched its bike at an ex-showroom price of Rs 1.73 lakh (Jawa 42 price). In which the option of spoke wheel is given. But if a customer wants to buy a bike with alloy wheel, then he will have to pay an ex-showroom price of Rs 1.89 lakh. The ex-showroom price of its top variant is Rs 1.98 lakh.
