Jacinda Ardern made history last year as she got her 3-month old baby to the United Nations general assembly. Seems like the NZ Lawmaker Tāmati Coffey is also following her footsteps. Dads are also learning to juggle between their jobs and babies.

Recently Trevor Mallard, Speaker of New Zealand posted a photo on his official Twitter account. He is seen cradling MP Tāmati Coffey's baby and it went all viral.

Normally the Speaker’s chair is only used by Presiding Officers but today a VIP took the chair with me. Congratulations @tamaticoffey and Tim on the newest member of your family. pic.twitter.com/47ViKHsKkA

Tāmati was back after his paternity leave and after a break, he attended the parliamentary meeting. Abiding by his duties he took part in the discussion and handed his baby to the very experienced Trevor who is a father of three.
