Infinix Smart 9 HD: Infinix launched the Smart 9 smartphone in October 2024, which came with 128GB storage, MediaTek Helio G81 chipset, 120Hz HD+ LCD display and 5,000mAh battery. Now, it looks like the company may launch the next model of the Smart-series, Smart 9 HD, in the coming week.

A tipster has also leaked some specifications and designs along with its launch timeline. The images shared seem to be live, in which the upcoming Smart 9 HD looks similar to the Smart 9 from the back. It is also expected to get dual speakers with DTS audio support.

The leaked image shows the Smart 9 HD in Coral Gold and Mint Green Edition colours. The device is also likely to be available in Neo Titanium and Metallic Black shades. The device is expected to have a multi-layer glass back and colour-matched frame. It is touted to be the most durable phone in this price segment.

• It will be the successor to the Infinix Smart 8 HD, which was launched in India in December 2023.
• The live images of the smartphone show it in Coral Gold and Mint Green colours. It may also be available in Metallic Black and Neo Titanium colours.
• The phone has rounded edges and a square camera module, which includes two sensors and LED flash. Its design is similar to the Infinix Smart 8 HD, but the position of the flash on the camera module is slightly different.
• The Infinix Smart 9 HD has a glossy finish back to give a premium look and feel.
