This Couple Exchanged NFT Vows, Took Blessings From Etheruem To Make Their Wedding Blockchain Official!

Are digital weddings the next big thing? A couple from Pune is giving us all the hints after their wedding became Blockchain Official! Shocked? We got too when we heard about Shruti Nair and Anil Narasipuram. Both exchanged vows in presence of Ethereum that certified their marriage as NFT wedding.

India's First Blockchain Wedding Happened In Pune

The image was embedded with their wedding vows that read “ We won’t make any big promises, but we will do everything we can t make this work.” It took around 15 minutes to get the process done and authorized by the priest.

The couple’s avatar will welcome the guest in metaverse on 6^th February. It will also have the touch of NFT as they are launching an NFT collection of their wedding attire. The venue will also have Harry Potter and cyberpunk theme background.

Their NFT collection has already gone official at Beyondlife.Club and GuardianLink.io and 50 copies are already sold out. They are the first couple in Asia to plan a digital reception. According to Insider, a Florida-based couple named Dave and Traci is the world’s first couple to host a digital wedding.
