Indian Roadmaster Elite: One of India Most Expensive Motorcycles Launched

Indian Motorcycle has launched a limited variant of the ROADMASTER ELITE in India. Only 350 units of it have been made for the whole world. It is one of the most expensive motorcycles in India. Indian Motorcycle is an American motorcycle brand that offers select models like the Indian Scout and Chieftain in India. Let's know what features the 2024 Indian Roadmaster Elite is equipped with.

Engine Powertrain

The Indian Roadmaster Elite is powered by a Thunderstroke 1,890cc air-cooled engine, which comes with a 6-speed gearbox. With this V-twin unit, the tourer generates a peak torque of 170nm at 2,900rpm. Front telescopic forks and rear monoshock do the suspension, while the tourer runs on dual disc brakes at the front and a single disc brake at the rear.

Powerband with 12 speakers

The Roadmaster Elite also gets LED headlights and auxiliary LED lights on the saddlebags. It gets a 12-speaker Powerband Audio sound system in the front fairing, saddlebags and trunk, which also gets underglow lighting. Each storage unit for the trunk and saddlebags is weatherproof and features remote locking from the console or keyfob.

Features of Roadmaster Elite

The console itself gets a 7-inch digital display, which offers GPS navigation functionality as well as cruise control, Bluetooth connectivity and other features. The display with Ride Command+ unlocks features like Apple CarPlay, Bike Locator and Bike Health. The Roadmaster Elite gets heated and cooled seats for both rider and passenger, whose settings can be adjusted via controls present on the seats or on the console. The tourer also gets features like heated grips, ABS, passenger armrest and floorboards and keyless ignition.

Launched in a new colour scheme

The Indian Roadmaster Elite has been brought with a single tri-tone paint scheme. This paint scheme has a base red candy colour, which is layered with dark red and black candy. Not only this, the bike also has hand-painted championship gold pinstripes, which took more than 24 hours to paint. Apart from this special color, the bike has been designed with different Elite badging as well as a center console with different numbers.

Indian Roadmaster Elite Price

The Indian Roadmaster Elite is a limited edition hard-core tourer motorcycle, which has an ex-showroom price of Rs 71.82 lakh in India.
