IIT Graduate Take A Great Step To Reduce Air Pollution By Creating An Exhaust Device For Car

Exhuast Device By IIT Graduate

Air pollution is a major problem our world is facing these days. We are taking tiny steps to reduce pollution. There are many things that are contributing to this fast-growing environmental problem. However, vehicles are one major pollutant.

The metro cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore and Hyderabad are majorly facing air pollution issues. And we all are aware of the harmful effects of air pollution on our health.

There are many solutions people can suggest like travel by public transports or even the odd-even rule that Delhi Government came up with. But there will still be some vehicles moving and making pollution.

Now we can proudly say that we have found a solution for this.

IIT graduate Debayan Saha, who did further studies from Stanford University took up this social responsibility to reduce air pollution. He was a biodesign student and his studies and skills helped him to design a device which can be attached to the exhaust that can reduce air pollution.

He named the device PM 2.5 and claims that if one car is fitted with PM 2.5 then the pollution car is reduced by the emissions coming from 10 vehicles.

This is the look of the innovative device.

Debayan is trying to commercialize his product. We are proud and happy that he though something so constructive and innovative that can make a change in the environment.
