Anger management in these pandemic times is the biggest challenge now. Covid has created lots of turbulence in the lives of people. It has not only affected physical health but mental health too.Many things have come to a stalemate,so it is likely possible we can become filled with stress, fears, anger, anxieties. All these are related to each other other. If there will be stress and anxiousness,we will become inclined towards anger.

Thus it is necessary that we should train our mind in order to remain healthy. Our mental health has a huge control on our physical health. Well it is understood that you can't control the evolving of Covid 19 but alteast you can choose to deal with it in a positive way.
