UPSC CSE E-Summon Letter 2025: Download Instructions & Interview Details

The Union Public Service Commission has issued e-summon letters for candidates appearing for the Personality Test (Interview) for the Civil Services Examination 2025. The Commission has called 649 candidates for interviews in the first phase. Candidates can download the e-summon letters from the UPSC's official website, upsconline.gov.in.

UPSC CSE E-Summon Letter 2025: Important Information

According to the Union Public Service Commission Mains Result 2025, a total of 2,736 candidates were declared successful for the interview. Of these, the personality test for the first batch of 649 candidates will be conducted from December 8 to December 19, 2025. The interviews will be held in two sessions: 9 am and 1 pm.

The Commission has clarified that candidates appearing for the interview will also be provided with travel expense reimbursement. For this, candidates must submit hard copies of their two-way tickets and the prescribed TA claim form. The TA bill forms are available in the Forms Download section of the Union Public Service Commission website. The Commission will soon release the second interview schedule for the remaining candidates.

• Click on the link "Union Public Service Commission CSE E-Summon Letter 2025."
• Enter your 7-digit roll number and date of birth (dd-mm-yyyy).
• Enter the captcha code displayed on the screen.
• Your Union Public Service Commission CSE e-summon letter will appear on the screen.
• Download it and save it for future reference.
