Hope For Environment Recovery: Centre Releases ₹47,436 Crore To 27 States For Afforestation

The environment is changing at an alarming rate and it is high time that we take some serious actions. In the past few years, nature has undergone a massive change that has disturbed the ecosystem of Earth.

The funds should be used for the recovery of the environment. The money shall be used for the wildlife management, assisted natural regeneration, to take preventions against forest fires. This step has been taken to compensate for the harm caused due to frequent forest fires and deforestation.

Odisha got the highest amount - ₹5,933.98 crore, while Kerala received the smallest amount - ₹81.59 crore.
