Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2 season was set to release on 8th March, but it got delayed further due to some technical issue, the reason is unknown. It left a question mark on many of the players who eagerly wanted to play the game.
As per the latest update shared on the internet, there is a maintenance or server down issue. Many players are upset because of the delayed issue.
What is the Reason for the Fortnite Season 2 Chapter 5 Game Delayed
The Fortnite Season 2 Chapter 5 originally was prepared to launch at 9 am ET on Friday. That put the season to further delayed until around 4 pm. But it was not launched at that time then they further issued the statement which proclaimed:
“We’re continuing the work to bring Fortnite back online. Players will be able to pre-download an updated version of v29.00 in approximately 5 hours.”
We’re grateful for your patience and can’t wait for everyone to be able to jump in.”
But pre-upload is available but you can not play the game till the server gets back.
It’s been a very long time since the game has taken so much time to get live due to server outage. Many people got upset & they are demanding compensation on the game launch.
But the Fortnite Season 2 Chapter 5 game owner company “Epic” made it clear that you wanted to play the game and eagerly wait for it and you wanted to play it in free amount. There are so many games available online that you can play it for free.
The exact reason that the game got delayed in its scheduled time is not disclosed.
