Redmi, the sub-brand of Xiaomi, has announced the release of their Note 12 series in India. They are now getting ready to launch the K60 series phones in the country too. At the launch event for the Redmi Note 12 5G series, the company suggested that the upcoming model will cost more than ₹30,000.

The Redmi K60 series made its debut in China in December 2020 and is composed of three models – Redmi K60, Redmi K60 Pro and Redmi K60E. Xiaomi has stated that the prices of all three phones in the series will be higher than ₹30,000. However, no launch date has been revealed yet.

This smartphone utilizes a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 octa-core processor and has a triple-camera system on the rear. It includes a 64MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP macro sensor, which can record 8K video footage at 24fps.
