New Ducati Launched

Ducati has launched the 2025 Streetfighter V2 in India. This motorcycle is built on the same platform as the Panigale V2 and is available in two variants.

Ducati Streetfighter V2 Engine and Performance

Ducati Streetfighter V2

The 2025 Streetfighter V2 features a new 890cc, 90-degree V2 engine that is Euro5+ homologated. The new engine weighs just 54.4 kg, making it Ducati's lightest twin-cylinder engine to date. This 890 cc, V-twin engine produces 119 bhp of power at 10,750 rpm and a maximum torque of 93.3 Nm at 8,250 rpm.

Over 70 per cent of the engine's torque is generated at just 3,000 rpm, promising robust response throughout the rev range. The bike comes with a racing exhaust accessory, which increases power to 125 bhp and reduces weight by a further 4.5 kg.

Ducati Streetfighter V2 Chassis and Suspension

Ducati Streetfighter V2

The 2025 Ducati Streetfighter V2 is built around a monocoque frame that uses its V2 engine as a stressed element. Inspired by the new Panigale V4, the Streetfighter V2 also uses a double-sided swingarm, which the company says improves stability and mechanical grip. The V2 and V2 S differ in their suspension setup.

The Streetfighter V2 features fully adjustable Marzocchi forks and a fully adjustable Kayaba rear monoshock. The V2 S, on the other hand, features fully adjustable Ohlins NIX-30 front forks and Ohlins rear suspension, a lightweight lithium-ion battery, Ducati Power Launch (DPL), a pit limiter, and a 3 kg lighter dry weight of 175 kg (178 kg for the Streetfighter V2).

Both the Streetfighter V2 and V2 S feature Sachs steering dampers and new cast wheels shod with Pirelli Diablo Rosso IV tyres(120/70 front and 190/55 rear). Braking is handled by a powerful Brembo system with M50 monoblock callipers and a 320 mm front disc.
