The Indian government will now put light on crypto awareness campaigns that will supervise the investors and provide thorough knowledge about the risk and management of cryptocurrencies. Most users are unaware of the futile and disruptive behaviors of investment in the blockchain industry.
What is the Crypto Awareness Campaign
The IPEF sector which falls under the Ministry of Cooperate Affairs and Protection Fund will invigilate the crypto awareness campaigns and monitor its adaptability across the country. The prime agenda of IPEF is to make the crypto investors more rational about the blockchain investment techniques.

The investment procedure in the crypto token is subjected to unclaimed dividends, metric deposits and chit-fund schemes. The uncertain profit gross blinds the investors that later leads to significant losses. Government wants to train the users to either stop investing in these unstable monetary policies or invest with a wise comprehension.
The risks involved in these funds lead several new cases every year causing more and more loss to the users. However, people are still unconcerned about the negative impact of the crypto policies. Crypto awareness campaign will educate people about the illegal and ill-reputed blockchain scam.
The IPEF is an investor education program established in 2016 that was assigned under Section 125 of the Companies Act, 2013. These teach about unclaimed dividends, mature deposits and chit-fund schemes. IPEF has experts from economy department that induce their insights on various monetary and fiscal policies.
Crypto Awareness Campaigns will also reduce the cases of money laundering and drug trafficking. The IEPG will be in command to educate home investors, housewives and professionals from urban as well as rural areas about the risks involved in crypto investments.
IEPG has conducted over 65K awareness programs since October 2022 all over the country guiding around 30 lakh people about the crypto investments and they are further looking ahead to expand their approach to reach almost all the people of the country.
