Chirag Paswan said this on Kangana Ranaut slapping incident Chirag Paswan said, "This is wrong, you cannot use abuse or scuffle to express your views. Every person has freedom of expression, he can express his views. I can understand the feelings of the female constable, her mother was present there, she must have felt bad, but she could have said her words in a decent manner. I think her words would have resonated more then. If she had registered her objection in strong words and said why did you say this, my mother was there and I felt hurt. You belittled your feelings by raising your hand.'' Chirag Paswan said this on Kangana Ranaut slapping incident Chirag did not stop here. He further said, ''Everyone has freedom of thought and expression. Kangana put forward her views and she (CISF personnel) could also have put forward her views in the same way. No person can raise hands on any woman or man. I am not saying that hands should not be raised only on women. It is wrong to raise hands on men as well. You can register your protest but do it in a decent manner.''
