What Is The Age And Education Criteria?

The eligible age criteria of candidates interested to work in the Central Bank of India should not be more than 65 years. They should be in good health to work as Incharge/ Counselor FLCC. Apart from this, they should have essential qualifications and experience as mentioned in the official notificationof Central Bank of India recruitment 2022.

Essential Qualification:

Candidates must be either a Graduate or Post Graduate from a recognized university. However, those candidates who come from rural development background shall be preferred. They should have knowledge of Agriculture finance or worked as banking lead district managers, faculty leaders or have worked as training centers as a faculty member.

Experience Criteria

• Have minimum 20 years of experience as VRS or at least 15 years of experience in officer cadre
• Should have posted as a branch Manager for minimum 3 years in any scale at a rural branch
• Those worked as Agriculture Finance officer with at least 3 years of experience are also eligible
• Candidates should have no poor record of service in their previous employment and should present the certificate of same during interview
• Should have knowledge of local language and be able to communicate in the same
• Should not be below scale-II officer
• Should belong to the same state or nearby districts
