Body Mass Index or BMI is a measure of fat in the human body. It is different for both men and women. A healthy BMI index should be within the 18.5 to 24.9 range and above this range indicates that the person is obese.

It is calculated by dividing an individual’s weight by their height. However, BMI is not the only indicator to test someone’s fitness as said by Nithin himself. He added tracking this number is a great way to start a health journey. Starting with 10,000 steps a day is the easiest way to keep weight in control.

Nithin Kamath is one of the co-founders of Zerodha and the other is his brother Nikhil Kamath. The duo is also the youngest self-made billionaires in India. Their company Zerodha is a leading stockbroker platform in India with a net income of US $150 million. It has two subsidiary companies and was founded in 2010.
