Ekta Kapoor’s daily soap Yeh Hai Mohabbatein is all set to be replaced by a new show which will be telecast on Star Plus. However, fans not to worry; the timing slot is only changing, and not the show is going is off the air.
It is also being reported that Star Plus is planning for a rejuvenation process as old shows that are having low TRPs will be dropped and new shows will be introduced. The first show under the eye is Naamkaran, which will air its last episode on May 18. It is also being said that Tu Sooraj Me Saanjh Piyaji might get off the air too, but it is not confirmed yet.
Yeh Hai Mohabbatein is getting replaced by the new show Mariyam Khan- Reporting Live, which is a story of an 8-year-old girl, Mariyam Khan. Deshna Dugad will be portraying the role of Mariyam Khan, who has earlier worked in Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon. Nine-year-old Deshna belongs to Indore and has also worked in many South Indian movies.
According to the latest reports, Yeh Hai Mohabbatein will have the new timings and will be telecast at 10:30 pm from May 21, instead of 7:30 pm, the time at which new show- Mariyam Khan will be aired.
