FEMA is a regulatory body that keeps track of external payments and maintains the seamless flow of foreign exchange in India.
This is the second summon by ED as the inquiry was initiated a year ago but it was put on halt due to ongoing lockdown. Officials have issued a fresh notice to Yami Gautam and asked her to appear before the federal agency in the upcoming week.
