Emotions are pouring from all over the country after the Indian Women’s Hockey Team failed to win the first medal for the country in the Olympics. The entire nation is standing strong with Rani Rampal, Vandana Kattariya, Sunita Punia, and other team members over the major loss at Tokyo Olympics 2020.
However, the team could not hold their emotions during a telephonic conversation with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and burst into tears. Here’s the video.

PM Modi with his words boosted the confidence of our women’s hockey team saying the hard work of each and every member of the team has motivated millions of young girls out there. India is regaining its lost shine on the global stage showing the world what the country is truly known for.
Chief Minister Of Odisha, Naveen Patnaik has also appreciated the efforts of the women team at the Tokyo Olympics 2020.

This is the first time in the history of women’s hockey that any team made it to the semi-finals in the Olympics. Though it was a golden chance to create history by winning the first-ever medal for the country, the team has already proved what we are capable of.
