Kharbooje ke beej- 1/2 cup

Fennel seeds – 30 grams

Saffron – 1/4 tbsp

Almonds – 150 grams

Sabut kali Mirch – 4tbsp

Green Cardamom – 10 grams

Dried rose flower – 4 numbers

Poppy seeds – 2 tbsp (optional)

Pistachio – 70 grams

  • First blend cardamom, blend sugar, fennel seed, and kali mirch in a mixer to make a powder.
  • Take a strainer, then strain and store it aside.
  • After that, add pistachio, almonds, saffron, kharbooje ke beej, poppy seeds, rose petals into a fine powder.

Your Thandai masala is ready and keeps it in an airtight container. Whenever you want, just mix the masala with chilled milk and enjoy its heavenly taste!
