Phoenix Suns star Chris Paul intends to make his return against Celtics.

   Paul is ready to return, after missing a month with a sore right heel.

   After missing 14 games due to injury, He is back in the Suns lineup.

 The 12-time All-Star guard made his return against the NBA-leading Boston Celtics.

 The 37-year-old was listed as questionable for the game but participated in the morning shootaround.

   In Paul's absence, which began when he left a game against the 76ers on Nov. 7, the Suns went 9-5.

 He has appeared in 10 games this season, putting up a career-low 9.5 points and averaging 9.4 assists.

In Paul's absence, Cameron Payne has performed admirably. 

The league's rules regarding health and safety were broken by Al Horford. As a result, he wouldn't play.

The suns lead the western conference at 16-8,The Celtics record is 20-5.
