 iQoo Neo 7 is expected to sport a 6.78-inch FHD+ E5 Samsung AMOLED panel that may support a 20:8 aspect ratio, HDR10+, DCI-P3 colour gamut and a peak brightness of 1,500 nits.

 MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ chipset, which is likely to be backed with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage.

 The phone is likely to pack a 5,000 mAh battery unit that may support 120W fast charging. iQoo Neo 7 is also rumoured to ship with an in-display fingerprint scanner and run on OriginOS Ocean based on Android 13.
