Brazilian soccer legend ‘Pele’ was rushed to hospital in central São Paulo as he battles cancer

Reportedly, the 82-year-old arrived hospital unscheduled and his body was swollen

As soon as the news reached the fans, concerns about Pele’s health started flooding the social media

Pele’s daughter Kely Nascimento came forward to answer all the fans’ query via an Instagram post

I’m not rushing to a flight to get there. The media is freaking out again said Kely in the post

Kely clearly denied the fact that Pele’s hospitalization was an emergency

She further informed that Pele went hospital for re-evaluation of the ongoing cancer treatment.

Pele’s health started deteriorating in September 2021 after which doctors identified that he suffers from colon cancer

They removed a tumor from Pele’s body back in 2021 and since then he is undergoing several tests on regular basis
