Vivo X90 Pro Review; A Stylishly Amazing Product

Vivo X90 Pro

Design-wise, The recently released OnePlus 11 flagship and the Vivo X90 Pro are similar in certain ways. The halo-shaped camera module and a panel made of textured vegan leather are located at the back.

The Corning Gorilla Glass and anti-reflective coating on top of the stainless steel camera module provide protection. At the base of the flash is the ZEISS logo.

It’s not the lightest phone available at almost 215 grams, but some of you may prefer the weight. The power button and the volume rocker are the only physical buttons on the right bezel. At the bottom, next to the charging port, are the SIM port and speaker grille

The smartphone’s large 6.78-inch screen makes it ideal for entertainment. The scrolling experience benefits from the screen’s substantial arcing as it wraps around the corners. This, however, backfired a little because it somewhat skews my field of vision when I’m filming.

With a display refresh rate of up to 120Hz, smartphone games and infinite scrolling appear to move very quickly. I can also select the ZEISS Natural color mode on the display to see colors that are more true to life.

Camera

When Zeiss optics are involved, it is safe to expect that you will be getting some high-quality pictures. A 50MP primary lens (Sony IMX989 1-inch sensor), a second 50MP f/1.6 2x portrait lens, and a 12MP wide-angle lens are all included in the primary camera system.

Due to its size, the ZEISS optics-driven 1-inch IMX989 main sensor is more sensitive to light. As a result, the camera produces excellent pictures even in dim lighting.

Technicalities

The top-of-the-line MediaTek Dimensity 9200 processor, which powers the vivo X90 Pro, achieves an AnTuTu score of about 11,69,009 points, placing it between the Samsung Galaxy S23 and S23+’s higher scores and just above devices like the OnePlus 11.

The Pro Imaging V2 chip and this together provide a dual-chip flagship that successfully avoids any lags or stutters in practical use. Neither prolonged streaming nor video gaming causes any temperature problems. Overall, there are very few performance-related concerns to be made.

The gadget is powered by FunTouch OS 13, which is based on Android 13, and I don’t like it very much because it has a lot of bloatware that can’t be removed.

More Practical Features

Some of the more practical features already included, such as the ability to use split screens, gesture-based app launchers, and extensive UI personalization, are somewhat helpful. There is only one version available, which has 256 GB of storage and 12 GB of RAM

The vivo X90 Pro has support for an e-sim should you desire it, and it has an IP68 designation, meaning it is dust- and water-resistant in fresh water up to a depth of 1.5 meters for 30 minutes

One of the phone’s most striking features is how very quickly it charges to full capacity thanks to its 4,870 mAh battery. The 120W charger included in the box makes it possible to charge a battery from 0% to 100% in just approximately 30 minutes.
