The Vivo X200 Ultra will launch in China on April 21 alongside the Vivo X200s. A few days ahead of the formal launch, Vivo has posted multiple teasers on Weibo, showing the phone’s camera capabilities. The Vivo X200 Ultra will use Sony’s LYT-818 sensor for the primary and ultra-wide-angle cameras.
The phone will also support photography kit accessories. The Vivo X200 Ultra is confirmed to feature a 2K OLED display and a 6,000mAh battery. It will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset.
Vivo X200 Ultra New teaser revealed
The Chinese smartphone brand has shared new teasers on Weibo, revealing the camera unit of the Vivo X200 Ultra. The upcoming handset will feature a Zeiss-branded camera setup, including a 14mm ultra-wide angle sensor, a 35mm primary camera, and an 85mm Zeiss APO lens. The same 1/1.28-inch Sony LYT-818 sensor has been used in the 14mm ultra-wide angle sensor and the 35mm main camera. Both cameras will also have optical image stabilization (OIS) support.
200MP telephoto sensor will be available
Vivo has posted on the Chinese microblogging site Weibo and told about the use of add-on lens there. In this, users will get a 200MP telephoto sensor and there users get the facility of 200mm optical zoom.
The photography kit will be available in Vivo X200 Ultra
The photography kit of the Vivo X200 Ultra can be used as a custom adapter. Here users will get 13 high-transmittance glass lens arrangement, which will be installed in three optical groups inside the Kepler structure. With its help, the smartphone will get better zoom quality despite having a compact body.
Vivo showed two designs with this handset
The teaser that has surfaced shows that Vivo has shown two designs with this handset, including a vintage camera-like design. It will have a shutter button, a USB-Type C port and a 2,300mAh battery.
