VB Chandrasekhar, Former Indian Cricketer Commits Suicide

Former Indian cricketer an owner of a team in Tamil Nadu Cricket league, VB Chandrasekhar committed suicide at his home in Chennai as reported by Hindustan Times.

VB Chandrasekhar was found hanging by a fan in his room in Mylapore, Chennai. He was immediately taken to the Royapettah government hospital for autopsy.

His family told that he took tea at night and after that went into the room. After sometime when he didn’t come out, the family members started to open the door. The door was locked from inside so they tried to get inside via window through which they saw him hanging through a fan.

There were many reports of him being into debts and this might be the reason for ending his life.

Chandrasekhar ran a cricket coaching centre and was friends with Rahul Dravid as his children used to get trained there.

VB Chandrasekhar died 6 days before his 58th birthday leaving everyone behind mourning.
