UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson Shifted To ICU As Covid-19 Symptoms Worsen

The pandemic of Coronavirus has been spread to more than 145 countries Surpassing more than 1,346,035 people around the world. Not just local people, big Hollywood, Bollywood celebrities, politicians are also in the grip of this deadly virus.

The impact of Coronavirus across the world is not avoidable. And thus, all the people from varied countries are in fear and practicing self-quarantine. A few days before, British Prime UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson was tested positive for COVID-19.

After being Coronavirus positive, he was into quarantine, but unfortunately, the symptoms continued, and therefore he was admitted to the hospital for further tests.

Moved to Intensive Care Unit

Now the condition of Boris Johnson has worsened more than before and has been shifted in the St Thomas Hospital, London, on Monday evening.

A spokesperson said, “Since Sunday evening, the Prime Minister has been under the care of doctors at St Thomas’ Hospital, in London, after being admitted with persistent symptoms of coronavirus.”

Over the course of this afternoon, the condition of the Prime Minister has worsened, and, on the advice of his medical team, he has been moved to the Intensive Care Unit at the hospital”.

The PM has asked Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab, who is the First Secretary of State, to deputize for him where necessary. The PM is receiving excellent care and thanks to all NHS staff for their hard work and dedication,” He further added.

As per Raab, “There is an incredibly strong team spirit behind the prime minister and making sure that we get all of the plans that the prime minister has instructed us to deliver… implemented as soon as possible.”

The UK has moved into the third week of the entire lockdown, and the death rate has been rose to 5,373, and the number of patients affected by the virus rose to 51,068.
